Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only within 14 days from the date of arrival.

The following CANNOT be returned:

-worn, washed or altered items
– jewelry
– scarves, hair accessories or hats
– undergarments
discounted and sale items

We inspect ALL returns/ exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not meet our criteria are subject to denial or store credit.

How to Return:

– In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
– Next, complete the return form and include it in the box with the items you are returning.
– If you wish to mail your items back, we suggest that items be sent back using USPS, UPS or FedEX with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
– Once your package is received, please allow 2-3 business days for return processing. When your return is processed, you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping charges.

We like to make exchanges as easy and as fast as possible. If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at info@uniquelyblaque.com and let us know what item you would like and we will pull it for you.
